Ray's Southern BBQ Stew 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Ground Pork 1 medium onion chopped 1 can green peas 1 can green lima beans 1 can diced potatoes 1 can diced tomatoes Do not drain vegetables 2 Tbs Ole Ray's Rubb-It 1 cup Ole Ray's Kentucky Red Bourbon BBQ Sauce 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp.garlic powder salt and pepper to taste Brown pork and Onions in skillet Drain and add all ingredients into pot Cook covered on low for 60 minutes |

Ray's Sloppies 2 lbs. ground beef, pork or chicken 1 small bell pepper chopped 1 medium onion chopped 2 tbs. Ole Ray's Rubb-It 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Salt and Pepper to taste Mix all ingredients into skillet and brown Drain excess Grease Add 2 cups Ole Ray's Kentucky Red Bourbon BBQ sauce Cover and Simmer about 15 minutes |
