Ole Ray's Shredded BBQ
Pork or Beef Roast, Butt or Shoulder
Pat Dry and Rub Roast with Ole Ray's Rubb-It and salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 500 degrees and Cook roast for 10 minutes
Do not open oven door
Reduce heat to 275 or 300 degrees
cook approximately 1 hour per pound until done
Let cool. Using fork shred meat and mix with your Ole Ray's Favorite Sauce

Ole Ray's Gourmet Ribs
Clean and Trim Ribs
Pat dry, sprinkle with salt and peppers-both sides
Meat Side Up, coat well with Ole Ray's Rubb-It
Place on rack with drip pan under
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Cook ribs for 10 minutes
Reduce heat to 275 degrees
Cook for 3 hours
Last 30 minutes baste with your Ole Ray's Favorite Sauce

Ole Ray's Southern BBQ Stew
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Ground Pork
1 medium onion chopped
1 can green peas
1 can green lima beans
1 can diced potatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
Do not drain vegetables
2 Tbs Ole Ray's Rubb-It
1 cup Ole Ray's Kentucky Red Bourbon BBQ Sauce
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp.garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Brown pork and Onions in skillet
Drain and add all ingredients into pot
Cook covered on low for 60 minutes

Ole Ray's Sloppies
2 lbs. ground beef, pork or chicken
1 small bell pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 tbs. Ole Ray's Rubb-It
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients into skillet and brown
Drain excess Grease
Add 2 cups Ole Ray's Kentucky Red Bourbon BBQ sauce
Cover and Simmer about 15 minutes
