Burgers with Uncle Pete's Spicy BBQ Sauce
10 ounces skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 sesame-seed rolls, split
Red onion slices
Lettuce

Pete's Spicy Barbeque Sauce
Place salmon fillets, Uncle Pete's BBQ Sauce, salt, and pepper in processor.
Blend using on/off turns until coarsely ground. Form into two 1/2-inch-thick
patties. Grill until fish is cooked through and serve on toasted buns
lightly covered with Uncle Pete's BBQ Sauce. Add onion and lettuce. |
